Packages
Three ways to run the evening.
Every one of them includes Daniel himself, the whole evening, and the planning that goes on for months beforehand. What changes between them is how much of the room is transformed — and how much of the night belongs only to you.
Package 1
The Essential Evening
£795
Everything needed to run your evening properly.
Daniel behind the decks for the whole evening, sound that carries a room without shouting at it, lighting that makes a dancefloor feel like one, and the planning that happens long before the night itself. Nothing here is a stripped-back version of something better. It is the complete service.

Package 2
The Signature Evening
£1,195
The whole room changes, and your guests become part of the night.
Everything in The Essential Evening, and then the room itself. Warm light where there were bare walls, a booth that looks like it belongs in your venue rather than in front of it, and a handful of ideas that quietly pull your guests into the evening instead of leaving them at the edge of it.
- Everything in The Essential Evening
- Warm illuminated backdrop behind the booth
- Premium styled booth presentation
- Venue uplighting, colour-matched to your scheme
- Coordinated decorative lighting through the room
- Tasteful signage where your venue suits it
- A private last dance, just the two of you — if you would like one
The Audio Guestbook
A handset on a quiet table. Guests pick it up and say the thing they would never say into a camera. You get all of it afterwards — the toasts, the terrible jokes, your grandmother at half past eleven.
The Photo Pod
Not a booth that swallows a corner of the room. A properly lit setup your guests actually use, and photographs that look like your wedding rather than a novelty.
One Song From Every Guest
Collected quietly with the RSVPs. Everyone in the room hears something they chose, and nobody has to queue at the booth to ask for it.
Your Wedding Soundtrack
Everything that mattered on the night, kept and given back to you afterwards — the songs, in order, as the evening actually ran.
Package 3
The Personal Evening
£1,395
The same evening, made unmistakably yours.
The Signature Evening in full, and then one thing no other wedding has. The last two hundred pounds does not buy more equipment — it buys a piece of your evening that was designed around the two of you and exists nowhere else.
- Everything in The Signature Evening
- Your Wedding Display, designed for you and built into the setup
What the step up buys
Your Wedding Display
Everything in The Signature Evening is about the room. This is about the two of you. A piece of visual design made for your wedding and no other — your names, your date, your photographs, your colours — built into the presentation itself so it reads as part of how your evening looks, not as a screen standing in the corner of a function room. It is designed with you in the weeks beforehand, the way the rest of your styling is, and it moves with the night rather than sitting on one frame all evening.
Only in The Personal Evening
Your names, lit, across the front of the room.
Not a screen in the corner of a function room. A piece of visual design made for your wedding and no other, built into the booth and the lighting so it reads as part of how your evening looks — the way your flowers and your stationery do.
It starts weeks before the day, in the same conversations as everything else. Your names and your date, set in the typography you have already chosen. Photographs your guests have not seen on a wall or in a frame. A monogram, if you would like one. Colours pulled from your own scheme rather than a preset. Small messages that will mean nothing to anyone who was not there.
And it moves with the night. What sits behind your first dance is not what sits behind the speeches, or behind the room at half past eleven. By the end of the evening your guests will have seen something they could not have seen at any other wedding — because it did not exist until yours.
- Your names and your date, set in your own wedding typography
- Photographs you choose — the ones your guests have not already seen
- A monogram or initials, if you would like one
- Colours and detailing drawn from your own scheme
- Small messages that only the people in that room will understand
- Designed with you beforehand, not assembled on the night
- Built into the booth and the lighting as one presentation
- Changes through the evening rather than holding a single image
A note on the prices
Nothing here is held back to make the next one look better.
The Essential Evening is a complete professional wedding service, not a starting point designed to disappoint. If it is the right fit, book it — Daniel would rather run a great evening at £795 than sell you a room full of things you did not want.
Not sure which one is right?
Most couples aren’t, until they have described their venue and their guest list out loud. Send your date over and Daniel will tell you honestly what he thinks the evening needs.
